✅ Power Access – A working power outlet must be available within 100 feet of the repair area.
✅ Sufficient Space – Ensure there is enough room for the technician to work and set up tools.
✅ Safety First – For everyone's safety, pets and family members must remain indoors during the repair.
✅ Apartments – If you live in an apartment complex, written approval from your property manager is required. Please send it to titosdentrepair@gmail.com before scheduling.
✅ Weather Conditions – If rain is expected, a garage or covered area with power access is necessary for the repair to proceed.
