Please make sure there is enough room around your vehicle for the technician to set up tools and move comfortably. A driveway, garage, or open parking area is ideal.

For safety reasons, we ask that pets and family members remain indoors while the technician is working. This prevents accidents and allows us to focus on your repair.

Yes, but you’ll need written approval from your property manager to allow repair work on-site. Please email the approval to totitosdentrepair@gmail.com before scheduling your appointment.

If rain is expected, we’ll need a covered area with power access (like a garage or carport). Without proper coverage, the repair cannot proceed safely. We’ll happily reschedule if weather conditions aren’t suitable.
