Q&A

To guarantee a successful and efficient repair, please make sure to read the Q&A questions before booking:

  • Yes. A working power outlet must be available within 100 feet of the repair area. Our tools require electricity to complete the job properly. If you don’t have access to an outlet, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate.

  • Please make sure there is enough room around your vehicle for the technician to set up tools and move comfortably. A driveway, garage, or open parking area is ideal.

  • For safety reasons, we ask that pets and family members remain indoors while the technician is working. This prevents accidents and allows us to focus on your repair.

  • Yes, but you’ll need written approval from your property manager to allow repair work on-site. Please email the approval to titosdentrepair@gmail.com before scheduling your appointment.

  • If rain is expected, we’ll need a covered area with power access (like a garage or carport). Without proper coverage, the repair cannot proceed safely. We’ll happily reschedule if weather conditions aren’t suitable.
